Affiliate Level Agreement This is the Aging & Disability CRC serving Mecklenburg County (A&D CRC) participation agreement at the affiliate level. The agreement outlines the benefits to and responsibilities of affiliates. The Affiliate level is generally most appropriate for non-profit agencies or organizations who regularly work with clients who could benefit from the CRC. |
